Adrian Butera

Director

As the company director of Compton Green, Adrian takes a hands-on approach across all departments, including residential, commercial and enterprise. Starting off his illustrious real estate career in 1991, Adrian has been at the forefront of industry change ever since.

As one of the country’s leading auctioneers, he possesses a wealth of industry knowledge, a passion for communication and an extensive network of contacts. Adrian has worked alongside a range of organisations from diverse sectors, including private, corporate and Government. Before embarking on his career at Compton Green, Adrian was the senior vice president of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and the founder of the Young Agent’s Chapter. In conjunction with his Agent’s Representative Certificate, he has also obtained a certificate IV in property services through the REIV. 

Adrian is extremely passionate about making lasting connectings and about creating a change within the community. He has been a committee member of the Hobsons Bay Community Fund since 2013, a local council body which supports social initiatives within the Hobson's Bay area. Prior to this, Adrian was the president of the Rotary Club of Williamstown.

Outside of his philanthropy efforts, you can find Adrian spending time with his three beautiful children and his wife, Dee. He also enjoys the great outdoors, coffee and all that the inner west has to offer.

Property Manager

Emily, with a maturity beyond her years, joined us as Assistant Property Manager and we are delighted that she is stepping up into the Property Manager role.

Liam Do

Sales Executive

Liam (Long) Do commenced his real estate journey in 2014, and has since made waves in the inner west real estate industry. Liam's specialties are vast and wide; they include consultation in established residential campaigns and project sales. 

Liam's wide network of contacts can be attributed to his passion, continued success and results-driven approach to sales. The trust and credibility he's built with his clients has resulted in referrals and continued business opportunities.

Having completed a Bachelor of Business Information Systems and a Cert IV in Property services, he is well positioned as a property expert.

Associate Director

Dee is Compton Green's associate director and inner-west property expert. With her extensive history in real estate, her passion for people and her drive to excel, it makes sense why she is one of our chosen leaders.

Driven by the wish to help people achieve their property and lifestylye goals, Dee embarked on her career as an agent in 1997. Since then, she's established an impressive portfolio of diverse properties - from penthouse apartments to beach-front mansions, she's done it all. 

At the heart of her ethos is people; she is reliable, compassionate and an exceptional communicator. Dee's clients delight in the experience she provides them.

With a background in both urban and regional real estate, she has an advanced grip of the Victorian property market. Emilly's down-to-earth demeanor and can-do attitude has seen her build relationships with clients from all walks of life; she believes the easiest way to successs is by talking to a client to understand their needs and aspirations.

As a home-owner in regional Victoria, it was only appropriate that Emilly be at the fore-front of both our Geelong and Lifestyle divisions; her insight into predictive trends in regional areas is invaluable. 

Emilly and her partner are parents to two gorgeous children, who they spend all their time with outside of work. Known as an adventurer, Emilly also enjoys travelling and seeing new cultures.

Director

Nadine is one of the two Operational Directors at Compton Green Geelong.  With a strong 30 year history in Administration, Travel and Teaching, Nadine joined Tanya and Brad in the ownership of the business in early 2020.

As Administration Manager, Nadine runs the day to day operations of the business and is currently applying for her Real Estate Licence having completed her qualification during 2021.  You will also see Nadine in the  field assisting with Commercial Leasing and Sales.

 Away from work Nadine enjoys spending time walking, relaxing, travelling and the company of friends and family.

As one of Compton Green's most tenured sales executives, Julie is well regarded among her colleagues and clients alike. Since joining our team in 2013, Julie has generated countless winning results for her clients, laying claim to hundreds of sold homes in the inner-west area.

Combined with her experience and success is a genuine care to see her clients happy and satisfied with their property journey. Julie's warmth, commitment and rapport has led to many return clients, as well as multiple referrals.

Caitlin joined us in October 2019 as our very efficient Receptionist and Property Management Administrator before spending time as Property Manager Assistant. With a great can do attitude Caitlin comes from a background in hospitality and carries those skills into her role as Property Manager.

Joanne joined our Geelong office in early 2022 after forming a strong connection with Compton Green through her voluntary work with the Geelong Little Athletics community.

Director

Head of Marketing and Concierge

With her extensive background in Marketing, combined with her creative eye and strong communication skills, it was only natural to have Jemma head up both Compton Green's Marketing department and Concierge service.

Prior to her time with Compton Green, Jemma had worked both agency-side and in internal communications across the retail and consumer industries and most recently (prior to Covid) ran a successful online international travel business. 

As a proud Inner West local for the past 11 years, Jemma lives and loves her local community. Her insider knowledge is unparalleled with an over-flowing 'little black book' of contacts and hot tips.

Another of our ‘grass roots’ people who has developed her knowledge and passion for real estate after getting into the industry at the ground level. Trish Salter is our Customer Service Officer helping various areas of the business from commercial and residential sales administration, concierge customer service and reception support.  

Prior to joining Compton Green in early 2022, Trish spent 25 years working in the airline and utilities industry as a Senior Credit Analyst / Credit Controller taking care of corporate accounts and building relationships with large corporations. Trish loves learning about the real estate industry and her customer service experience, professional attitude and great communication skills makes her a great fit for our business.

Assistant Property Manager

Natasha joined Compton Green in March 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager after seeking a fresh start and change of scenery.  

After completing a Bachelor Degree in Animal Science and Agriculture, Natasha ventured into the fitness industry where she focused her time on coaching and training. While she appreciated the skills she gained in this field, she was after a career change to further progress her communication skills. Having worked with two agencies around Melbourne’s west, Natasha decided it was time to move to Geelong and joined the Compton Green family.

Natasha values being part of a supportive team and learning all there is to know about real estate. In her spare time, she enjoys discovering all the beauty that Geelong has to offer with her partner.

Adrian Butera

Director

As the company director of Compton Green, Adrian takes a hands-on approach across all departments, including residential, commercial and enterprise. Starting off his illustrious real estate career in 1991, Adrian has been at the forefront of industry change ever since.

As one of the country’s leading auctioneers, he possesses a wealth of industry knowledge, a passion for communication and an extensive network of contacts. Adrian has worked alongside a range of organisations from diverse sectors, including private, corporate and Government. Before embarking on his career at Compton Green, Adrian was the senior vice president of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and the founder of the Young Agent’s Chapter. In conjunction with his Agent’s Representative Certificate, he has also obtained a certificate IV in property services through the REIV. 

Adrian is extremely passionate about making lasting connectings and about creating a change within the community. He has been a committee member of the Hobsons Bay Community Fund since 2013, a local council body which supports social initiatives within the Hobson's Bay area. Prior to this, Adrian was the president of the Rotary Club of Williamstown.

Outside of his philanthropy efforts, you can find Adrian spending time with his three beautiful children and his wife, Dee. He also enjoys the great outdoors, coffee and all that the inner west has to offer.

Trust Accounts Assistant

Annes brings her impeccable record keeping skills and love for all things numbers to her role as Trust Accounts Assistant. Prior to joining our West Footscray team, Annes spent 8 years working in real estate and was looking for a new challenge when she joined us in 2022.

Annes has an excellent eye for detail and great time management skills which are essential in ensuring the smooth running of our very busy trust accounting team.

In her spare time, Annes likes to spend quality time with family and friends and loves to travel to unwind and create wonderful new memories.

Communications Manager

Elisa joined Compton Green in 2022. She has over 20 years’ marketing and communications experience and is highly versatile having worked across a wide-range of industries in Sydney and Melbourne. Since 2017, Elisa has run a successful freelance marketing business which has earned her a strong reputation within the inner west Melbourne community.  


Her passion for all things local led her to Compton Green where she enjoys using her creativity and working with our passionate team. “Compton Green’s ethos represents everything I love and is also a great refection of the wonderful and vibrant inner west community.” In her spare time, Elisa loves exploring everything Melbourne has to offer and spending time with her family.

Junior Trust Accountant

Kade works alongside our commercial department for all trust accounting needs. Kade recently graduated from La Trobe University with a degree in accounting and finance.

Commercial Senior Asset Manager

Megan originally joined our team as a Senior Asset Manager to assist in the delivery of a high-profile tender. Despite being a new team member, Megan's skills and expertise led to the successful execution of the client's brief. 

Her sharp mind, ability to think outside the box and her passion for the commercial real estate industry is reflected by how highly her clients value her. Megan is constantly striving for perfection and a seamless journey; her goal is to minimise the challenges that clients face by doing all the hard yards for them.

Outside of her dynamic work as an asset manager, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, in particular, her daughter. She's also passionate about health and fitness, and can be regularly seen at the gym, running or walking.

Rebecca is the friendly face that greets our clients and team at our Williamstown office every day. She joined our team in 2022 bringing her love for all things customer service along with previous experience in real estate and business development to the role.

Trish Salter is our Customer Service Officer helping various areas of the business from commercial and residential sales administration, concierge customer service and reception support.  

Prior to joining Compton Green in early 2022, Trish spent 25 years working in the airline and utilities industry as a Senior Credit Analyst / Credit Controller taking care of corporate accounts and building relationships with large corporations. Trish loves learning about the real estate industry and her customer service experience, professional attitude and great communication skills makes her a great fit for our business.  

On weekends, she’s either driving her kids around and watching them at various sporting activities or spending quality time with family and friends.

Starting off as an intern at Compton Green in 2013, Vivi is now our go-to person for design, videography, content marketing and operations. With over 7 years experience within the real estate and property sector, she's always one step ahead of the latest industry trends and patterns. 

Vivi studied management and real estate in Berlin and has an impressive network of contacts across Germany and Australia alike. Her energy, creativity and zest for life makes her the ideal person to lead our special projects' team. 

When she's not crafting up the next big idea, Vivi is spending time with her two gorgeous sons, being one with nature, or FaceTiming with her family back home in Germany.

Emilly heads up the Sales team at our Compton Green Geelong office as well as being the co-leader of Compton Green's Lifestyle division. With a background in both urban and regional real estate, she has an advanced grip of the Victorian property market. Emilly's down-to-earth demeanor and can-do attitude has seen her build relationships with clients from all walks of life; she believes the easiest way to successs is by talking to a client to understand their needs and aspirations.

As a home-owner in regional Victoria, it was only appropriate that Emilly be at the fore-front of both our Geelong and Lifestyle divisions; her insight into predictive trends in regional areas is invaluable. 

Emilly and her partner are parents to two gorgeous children, who they spend all their time with outside of work. Known as an adventurer, Emilly also enjoys travelling and seeing new cultures.

Kristy is dedicated, organised, and just gets the job done! She loves nothing more than having satisfied clients. And with her previous experience in Real Estate sales, admin and property management, her down to earth nature and genuine caring approach to her clients and their needs, it is no surprise that her clients expectations are met and as a result are satisfied and happy.
 
Kristy and her husband own 5 acres in Lara and have a hobby farm complete with a horse, chickens, sheep, two cute Pugs, and bees - she is a beekeeper too!
 
Along with their two young children, as a family they love caravanning and exploring the hidden gems around Australia, as well as travelling overseas when they can.
