As the company director of Compton Green, Adrian takes a hands-on approach across all departments, including residential, commercial and enterprise. Starting off his illustrious real estate career in 1991, Adrian has been at the forefront of industry change ever since.
As one of the country’s leading auctioneers, he possesses a wealth of industry knowledge, a passion for communication and an extensive network of contacts. Adrian has worked alongside a range of organisations from diverse sectors, including private, corporate and Government. Before embarking on his career at Compton Green, Adrian was the senior vice president of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and the founder of the Young Agent’s Chapter. In conjunction with his Agent’s Representative Certificate, he has also obtained a certificate IV in property services through the REIV.
Adrian is extremely passionate about making lasting connectings and about creating a change within the community. He has been a committee member of the Hobsons Bay Community Fund since 2013, a local council body which supports social initiatives within the Hobson's Bay area. Prior to this, Adrian was the president of the Rotary Club of Williamstown.
Outside of his philanthropy efforts, you can find Adrian spending time with his three beautiful children and his wife, Dee. He also enjoys the great outdoors, coffee and all that the inner west has to offer.
Dee is Compton Green's associate director and inner-west property expert. With her extensive history in real estate, her passion for people and her drive to excel, it makes sense why she is one of our chosen leaders.
Driven by the wish to help people achieve their property and lifestylye goals, Dee embarked on her career as an agent in 1997. Since then, she's established an impressive portfolio of diverse properties - from penthouse apartments to beach-front mansions, she's done it all.
At the heart of her ethos is people; she is reliable, compassionate and an exceptional communicator. Dee's clients delight in the experience she provides them.
Happiness for Dee (outside of selling homes) is a home-made breakfast, enjoying the sunshine with friends and family, and walking along Williamstown beach.
Tino heads our very dedicated commercial team and consistently delivers outstanding results and record sales. Tino prides himself on working every day to help maximise returns and add value to his clients’ commercial portfolios. His exceptional reputation is built on integrity, results, client care and passion.
Tino brings an innovative approach to real estate and is committed to providing industry best service levels. Tino genuinely enjoys building lasting relationships with his clients, and the level of repeat and referral business he receives is testament to this. He has gained widespread recognition for his high standards of client care, his strong ethics and communication skills and absolute commitment to every individual property he handles.
When he's not working hard for his clients, Tino loves spending time with his family, walking and cycling. He is no stranger to the City of Hobsons Bay; born and bred in Williamstown he has an intimate knowledge of the Inner West and can often be found out and about enjoying all it has to offer.
Steele has been with Compton Green since 2006, during which he has cultivated an impressive and vast portfolio. His expertise in residential sales and commercial property management is highly sort after by many, as is his ability to close any deal.
As well as being results driven, Steele is a natural-born communicator. He's likeable, personable and relatable, and has a consistent rapport with clients. For Steele, innovation is the key to growth and success, without it, he believe it's easy to remain stagnant and comfortable. Steele's excellent customer service is demonstrated in everything that he does, from the moment he meets a client to even after he's assisted them; he's constantly checking in and ensuring they are more than satisfied with their property experience.
As a born and bred Williamstown local, Steele is well positioned as the expert on all-things inner west. His passion for his locale and his passion for people is evident in everything that he does; the most satisfying part of his job is connecting both passions.
As one of Compton Green's most tenured sales executives, Julie is well regarded among her colleagues and clients alike. Since joining our team in 2013, Julie has generated countless winning results for her clients, laying claim to hundreds of sold homes in the inner-west area.
Combined with her experience and success is a genuine care to see her clients happy and satisfied with their property journey. Julie's warmth, commitment and rapport has led to many return clients, as well as multiple referrals.
Her belief in 'going the extra mile' is reflected in everything that she does, including the time she spends researching the best possible outcomes for vendors and buyers.
Outside of her work with Compton Green, Julie is a committee member of the Royal Victorian Yacht Club. She can often be found to be organising fundraisers, social events and networking mixers, as well as enjoying quality time with her friends and family. Her mantra of 'living life to the fullest' is echoed throughout her personal life, as well as her professional life.
As the head of our energetic property management team, Jayne is the epitome of professionalism and dedication. Leading by example, Jayne's excellent communication and people skills is evident in the constant flow of positive feedback she receives from clients and her high retention rate.
Her accessibility, and her desire to make strong and lasting connections with investors and tenants, is a precedent that the rest of the property management team aspires to follow.
In recognition of her exceptional work, the Property Management team led by Jayne was named as a finalist at the 2019 REIV Property Management Team of the Year. This comes one year after Jayne was named as a finalist for the 2018 REIV 'Property Manager of the Year' award. She was also honoured as a finalist for the 'Australasian Real Estate Results' awards in 2015.
Even while she's working, Jayne's sense of humour never waivers; she knows how to lighten the mood amongst the team and has created a positive team vibe. Outside of work, Jayne enjoys spending time at her holiday house with her family and fur babies.
With over 20 years' experience in property management, Gia brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Compton Green team. As a firm believer in constant self-improvement, Gia has completed numerous professional courses relating to property and real estate.
Gia's passion and commitment to her work is evident in her retention of valued clients; they trust that she has their best interests at heart. Her long-lasting client relationships are a reflection of her professionalism and empathetic nature.
As a former Seddon and Yarraville resident, and a proud advocate of the area, her knowledge of the market is vast and wide. It's not unusual to catch Gia hanging out with friends and family at the many cafe's that the inner-west has on offer.
Megan originally joined our team as a Senior Asset Manager to assist in the delivery of a high-profile tender. Despite being a new team member, Megan's skills and expertise led to the successful execution of the client's brief.
Her sharp mind, ability to think outside the box and her passion for the commercial real estate industry is reflected by how highly her clients value her. Megan is constantly striving for perfection and a seamless journey; her goal is to minimise the challenges that clients face by doing all the hard yards for them.
Outside of her dynamic work as an asset manager, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, in particular, her daughter. She's also passionate about health and fitness, and can be regularly seen at the gym, running or walking.
Olivia is passionate about all things real estate, as evidenced by her career in the industry, which spans more than two decades.
Olivia is the Executive Assistant to the Director, Adrian Butera, as well as our dedicated Human Resources Officer.
She is an innovative professional who is highly skilled at what she does. She is efficient, organised and a valued team member here at Compton Green.
Cindy is one of our exceptional senior property managers, based out of our Williamstown office. Priding herself on delivering the highest level of client satisfaction, Cindy has an unwaivering commitment to matching tenants to the right property and maximising rewards for investors.
She values a strong work ethic above all else, as well as dedication. It's for this reason that she's been a recipient of the Compton Green quaterly awards.
As a long-time resident of Williamstown for the past 25 years, Cindy's knowledge of the area is unrivaled. You'll see her walking down the strand on a weekend or relaxing at the beach with her two kids.
Starting off her Compton Green journey in 2000, Jackie is one of our most tenured team members. Before starting her role as a property management administrator, Jackie worked in an array of roles, including property management. Her diverse portfolio and years of experience makes her a fountain of knowledge when it comes to real estate.
Jackie's extensive network of contacts, and positive reputation amongst the community, can be attributed to her affable personality and complete professionalism. Her continued success in her career is also due to her exceptional organisation skills and her passion for a dynamic environment. Naturally, Jackie won our prestigious 'Jack Green Award' for her continued commitment to excellence.
In true Jackie style, she organises an extensive number of team-bonding events outside of work, and enjoys a vibrant social life.
Vanessa is in charge of all internal and external sales administration. Her role is pivotal to the success of our sales team. She oversees important tasks, such as preparing all legal documents for upcoming auctions and impending sales.
Her time with Compton Green has also seen her coordinate marketing campaigns to ensure their perfect execution.
Cathy is one of our dynamic Senior Property Managers who is based at our Williamstown office. With over 25 years' experience in client services and management, Cathy is an invaluable member of the Compton Green team.
Cathy's longevity in her role is due to her consistent passion, but also her continued success with landlord and tenant relations. Cathy is a remarkable communicator and believes that transparency is the key to any successful client relationship.
In addition to being a self-proclaimed dog lover, a proud owner of an adorable French Bulldog, 'Bollinger,' and a mother to two wonderful daughters, Cathy is a Williamstown local.
Linda is one of our dedicated leasing consultants. Linda has extensive experience within the leasing sector, as both a property manager and a leasing manager. Her knowledge of the Melbourne market is unparalleled; she's got her finger firmly on the pulse and is always up to date on current rental legislation and reforms.
Prior to her time in leasing, Linda has worked alongside senior executives in entertainment for Nine Network, Network 10 and 7 Network. Her success in this industry can be attributed to her excellent communication and organisation skills.

Elisa joined Compton Green in 2022. She has over 20 years’ marketing and communications experience and is highly versatile having worked across a wide-range of industries in Sydney and Melbourne. Since 2017, Elisa has run a successful freelance marketing business which has earned her a strong reputation within the inner west Melbourne community.
Her passion for all things local led her to Compton Green where she enjoys using her creativity and working with our passionate team. “Compton Green’s ethos represents everything I love and is also a great refection of the wonderful and vibrant inner west community.” In her spare time, Elisa loves exploring everything Melbourne has to offer and spending time with her family.
Charlotte joined our Williamstown office in 2022 as a Trainee Property Manager, completing her training and becoming a qualified Property Manager in 2023. Prior to joining our team, she worked in hospitality at various cafes, bars, and venues across Melbourne. This experience helped her develop great relationship skills and a love for all things customer service.
When seeking a change in work industry, Charlotte wanted a role where she could utilise her great people skills. As a Williamstown local, she was familiar with the Compton Green brand and seized the opportunity when she heard about our traineeship program. She loves being part of a busy team and working close to home and her local community.
So far, Charlotte is demonstrating great problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box. These skills place her in good stead for a successful career in property management!

Renee, our highly efficient receptionist, is the friendly face that welcomes clients to our Williamstown office.
With experience in retail and early education, Renee has developed a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational and time management skills, and effective communication abilities. As a team leader in early education, she honed these skills, which are so valuable and appreciated in her role at Compton Green. Renee loves delivering great customer service and working with our friendly team, while advancing her knowledge in the real estate industry.
In pursuit of expanding her skills in the real estate industry, Renee commenced her Agent's Representative course in 2023 and looks forward to applying her newfound knowledge in the future.
Outside of work, Renee spends her weekends catching up with loved ones, going to the gym, and exploring new destinations.

Since joining us in early 2022, Trish has embraced various roles across the business, demonstrating her versatility and adaptability.
