As the company director of Compton Green, Adrian takes a hands-on approach across all departments, including residential, commercial and enterprise. Starting off his illustrious real estate career in 1991, Adrian has been at the forefront of industry change ever since.
As one of the country’s leading auctioneers, he possesses a wealth of industry knowledge, a passion for communication and an extensive network of contacts. Adrian has worked alongside a range of organisations from diverse sectors, including private, corporate and Government. Before embarking on his career at Compton Green, Adrian was the senior vice president of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and the founder of the Young Agent’s Chapter. In conjunction with his Agent’s Representative Certificate, he has also obtained a certificate IV in property services through the REIV.
Adrian is extremely passionate about making lasting connectings and about creating a change within the community. He has been a committee member of the Hobsons Bay Community Fund since 2013, a local council body which supports social initiatives within the Hobson's Bay area. Prior to this, Adrian was the president of the Rotary Club of Williamstown.
Outside of his philanthropy efforts, you can find Adrian spending time with his three beautiful children and his wife, Dee. He also enjoys the great outdoors, coffee and all that the inner west has to offer.
Dee is Compton Green's associate director and inner-west property expert. With her extensive history in real estate, her passion for people and her drive to excel, it makes sense why she is one of our chosen leaders.
Driven by the wish to help people achieve their property and lifestylye goals, Dee embarked on her career as an agent in 1997. Since then, she's established an impressive portfolio of diverse properties - from penthouse apartments to beach-front mansions, she's done it all.
At the heart of her ethos is people; she is reliable, compassionate and an exceptional communicator. Dee's clients delight in the experience she provides them.
Happiness for Dee (outside of selling homes) is a home-made breakfast, enjoying the sunshine with friends and family, and walking along Williamstown beach.
Olivia is passionate about all things real estate, as evidenced by her career in the industry, which spans more than two decades.
Olivia is the Executive Assistant to the Director, Adrian Butera, as well as our dedicated Human Resources Officer.
She is an innovative professional who is highly skilled at what she does. She is efficient, organised and a valued team member here at Compton Green.
Based out of our West Footscray office, Bianca is the Head of Property Services in our Enterprise division. Bianca's love for architecture and design originally drew her to the real estate industry, but it's the client relationships she's made along the way that has solidified her passion for her work.
As a qualified agent representative and armed with a diverse network of contacts across a range of sectors, Bianca is highly versed in the changing needs of large corporations and organisations. Her areas of speciality include (but aren't limited to): bespoke reporting and consultancy, land management, social living, project management, asset management and risk management.
Bianca exudes warmth and empathy; when she's not working she's spending quality time with friends and family, perfecting her arts and crafts skills and travelling.
With nearly a decade of experience in real estate, Lachlan Bishop joined Compton Green in 2016 and has achieved many outstanding results within and around our community.
Raised in Williamstown and now owning his own property in Footscray, Lachlan's knowledge of the inner west is unrivalled. This great knowledge combined with his warm, honest and enthusiast nature makes him a client favourite.
Lachlan's drive to achieve the best results is supported by his excellent communication skills and immaculate attention to detail. Lachlan is great at connecting with clients and understanding exactly what they want to achieve in their real estate journey.
In his spare time, Lachlan can be found walking his adorable dogs around the inner west on Melbourne. He's also an avid traveller and enjoys spending time with friends.
Driven by a desire for excellence, Gerard is an integral member of the Compton Green team. As one of our senior sales executives, he is adept at working with clients to achieve the best results possible. With nearly a decade of experience in inner-west real estate, Gerard's knowledge of the market is indispensable.
Gerard is known amongst his co-workers as a natural negotiator and a passionate communicator; he keeps in touch with many vendors and prospective buyers beyond the point of sale. His endless enthusiasm for what he does is reflected in the overall satisfaction of his clients.
Outside of his busy work schedule, Gerard enjoys travelling and fitness.
Starting off as an intern at Compton Green in 2013, Vivi is now our go-to person for design, videography, content marketing, operations and more. With 10 years experience within the real estate and property sector, she's always one step ahead of the latest industry trends and patterns.
Vivi studied management and real estate in Berlin and has an impressive network of contacts across Germany and Australia alike. Her energy, creativity and zest for life makes her the ideal person to lead our special projects' team.
When she's not crafting up the next big idea, Vivi is spending time with her two gorgeous sons, being one with nature, or FaceTiming with her family back home in Germany.
Starting off her illustrious real estate journey as a property manager, Coral's time with the property management team was permeated by big wins and achievements. Currently, Coral works alongside our Enterprise team to assist with its recent growth.
Her passion for what she does is reflected in the consistent feedback from clients; quite simply, she loves what she does. Coral specialises in residential and property sales, land management, operations and bespoke reporting.
Liam (Long) Do commenced his real estate journey in 2014, and has since made waves in the inner west real estate industry. Liam's specialties are vast and wide; they include consultation in established residential campaigns and project sales.
Liam's wide network of contacts can be attributed to his passion, continued success and results-driven approach to sales. The trust and credibility he's built with his clients has resulted in referrals and continued business opportunities.
Having completed a Bachelor of Business Information Systems and a Cert IV in Property services, he is well positioned as a property expert.

Outside of work, Liam enjoys travelling and playing his favourite sport (Soccer) with his mates.
Elisa joined Compton Green in 2022. She has over 20 years’ marketing and communications experience and is highly versatile having worked across a wide-range of industries in Sydney and Melbourne. Since 2017, Elisa has run a successful freelance marketing business which has earned her a strong reputation within the inner west Melbourne community.
Her passion for all things local led her to Compton Green where she enjoys using her creativity and working with our passionate team. “Compton Green’s ethos represents everything I love and is also a great refection of the wonderful and vibrant inner west community.” In her spare time, Elisa loves exploring everything Melbourne has to offer and spending time with her family.
Austin joined our Enterprise team in 2023 and is based at our West Footscray office. As an Assistant Property Manager for our vibrant Enterprise team, Austin assists the team in managing large government portfolios.
Austin's background as a boilermaker showcases his diverse skill set and his enthusiasm for taking on new challenges. He's known for his dedication to teamwork, friendly personality, and strong work ethic, which makes him a valuable member of our crew. Austin loves the diverse and positive work atmosphere at Compton Green, as well as the various opportunities it offers.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys traveling, watching football and soccer games, hanging out with friends, and reading books.
