Nadine is one of two Operational Directors at Compton Green Geelong. With a strong 30-year history in administration, travel and teaching, Nadine joined Brad and Tanya in the ownership of GJ McDonald and Co in early 2020. In 2021, they joined forces with Compton Green to form Compton Green Geelong.
As a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent and the Administration Manager, Nadine runs the day-to-day operations of the Geelong office and also shares the role of Trust Accounts Manager. Nadine loves to keep busy so don't be surprised if you see her on the field assisting with Commercial Leasing and Sales. Ensuring that all areas of the business have the support they need to run smoothly is a key priority for Nadine.
When she's not working, Nadine likes to unwind by spending time with family and friends and enjoys walking and travelling.
An industry leader, Brad has undertaken extensive study and attended numerous courses to remain at the forefront of procedures, legislation and technology in the field of real estate management.

Alison is an award winning property professional with significant experience within the real estate industry, specialising in residential asset management.
She has worked previously with two prominent Geelong real estate agencies over the last decade. Continuing as Leasing Manager with Compton Green, Alison see’s the position as an important role within the department. She ensures that all enquiries are dealt with quickly, inspections organized to suit clients and vital feedback given to the property managers. Alison prides herself on being able to listen to the potential tenant’s requirements and assisting them in finding a suitable home. Her professional achievements have been acknowledged by her peers through a prestigious REIV Geelong Division award.
In her spare time Alison enjoys a healthy lifestyle enjoying regular sporting activities, camping and spending time with her close family and friends.
Caitlin joined us in October 2019 as our very efficient Receptionist and Property Management Administrator before spending time as Property Manager Assistant. With a great can do attitude Caitlin comes from a background in hospitality and carries those skills into her role as Property Manager.
Moving to Geelong in 2018 from Yarrawonga Caitlin enjoys adventure, getting out to see new places and spending time with family and friends.

Joanne joined our Geelong office in early 2022 after forming a strong connection with Compton Green through her voluntary work with the Geelong Little Athletics community.
Joanne has great communication skills thanks to her strong and varied work history in customer service – a skill that is very much appreciated by both our team and clients.
When she’s not busy looking after our reception desk and providing admin support to our team, you will find Joanne actively involved in her children’s sporting lives or enjoying the beautiful local beaches and her garden with family, friends and pets.
Jade became a valuable member of our Geelong office in early 2022, taking on the role of Receptionist & Administration Support. Having relocated from the small country town of Heywood to Geelong, Jade seamlessly integrated into our dynamic workplace. Over time, she transitioned to our bustling Property Management team, showcasing her adaptability and commitment to contributing to our success.
While living in Heywood, Jade spent 10 years working at a Pharmacy Assistant / Retail Manager where she developed strong interpersonal and exceptional customer service skills. Both skills that are greatly appreciated by our team and clients alike.
In her spare time, Jade loves to catch up and socialise with friends and family or immerse herself in a good book.
Tyson Myers joined our Geelong office as a Sales Executive in April 2024. Before stepping into real estate, he enjoyed a vibrant career spanning over a decade in the golf industry, where he was a member of the Professional Golfers Association of Australia and focused heavily on coaching in recent years.
Raised on the Bellarine Peninsula, Tyson's local roots and strong community ties are vital assets in his real estate work. Known for his great communication skills, a flair for fostering lasting relationships, and a methodical, result-focused approach, Tyson seamlessly blends these strengths in his current role.
His move into real estate was fuelled by a lifelong interest in properties, from architecture to market trends. Tyson thrives in environments that demand strategic thinking and innovation, and he's passionate about helping clients find homes that match their dreams and enhance their lives.
