Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Development Executive to join our broad team. As a Real Estate Growth Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of our real estate portfolio within our Property Management and Enterprise departments. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, evaluating their feasibility, and executing strategies to maximise returns. This position requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of marketing and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Evaluate Opportunities: Conduct extensive market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities. Evaluate the feasibility of projects, including market demand, financial viability, and regulatory considerations.
Develop Growth Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to expand our real estate portfolio. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target markets, asset types, and investment strategies aligned with our business goals.
Negotiation and Acquisition: Negotiate favourable terms and conditions for acquisitions, including purchase price, financing arrangements, and other contractual terms. Lead the acquisition process from initial negotiations to closing, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships Government, developers, investors, Service providers and other industry professionals to expand our network and gain access to all opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Must have completed Agents Representative Licence or LEA.
· Proven experience in a similar position.
· Excellent negotiation and deal structuring skills.
· In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, trends, and regulations.
· Ability to assess risks and make data-driven decisions.
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
· Strong organisational ability.
